Ah, the meninges, the holder of chemical and mental/emotional overloads!

(Dr. Joe's Note: What comes out is only what has been put in! One of my favorite 'Dr. Epstein' quotes, from my earlier years of Network, is, "What do you get when you squeeze an orange? ...The answer of course is 'orange juice' -- you don't get apple juice, lemon juice, or banana juice. What you get out is what was put in!" The point made is -- what comes out of your MindBody release is that which was previously 'put in' and internalized.

This is information that we hand out to our folks after their first visit.)

CONGRATULATIONS!!!

Now, that you are experiencing your first Network Spinal Analysis entrainments/ adjustments, your nervous system has begun a Life transforming journey.

Your present spinal patterns have most likely been present for some period of time; and accordingly, your body and mind have become accustomed to the behavior patterns produced by a nervous system, which has not worked at its best potential.

That process has already begun to change with today's visit.

You are possibly noticing a deepening of your breath, or a change in the position of your neck or head, or increased ease within your being. Perhaps, you are not quite sure what you feel. Most people within the first five or six adjustments sense that something very exciting, powerful, and creative has been released within them, through their Network Care.

When you initially consulted me, perhaps you had an ailment, pain, or symptom you were hoping would resolve. You may be wondering how the adjustment is affecting that particular region that may concern you.

The spinal entrainments/adjustments have allowed you to begin to recover from the patterns of behavior that your muscles, heart, lungs, blood vessels, glands, digestive organs, kidneys, and each and every body part has learned over the years.

The Network Care entrainment is achieved each visit because of your body beginning its re-education process. Your body and mind awaken to who you are and to your greater potentials.

You are awakening right this moment. From this moment on, ease, well being, vitality, harmony, and an increased potential for health, happiness, and beauty are being expressed more fully, than prior to your first entrainment sessions.

What happens next?

All this and more have already begun to happen. Your consistent visits to be adjusted will help this process to continue.

Considering your daily life challenges, consistent care will enable you to have less reinforcement of your aberrant spinal patterns. Eventually, you may have a more flexible nervous system that recovers and learns from the past, and adapts to (deals with) the present more effectively and constructively. You may begin to perceive your world in a more exciting and loving fashion.

The minimum commitment to yourself for spinal entrainments is suggested to be twice weekly. If we find, during care that your nervous system interference and spinal patterns are not clearing out, I would suggest the frequency of visits be more often.

You are changing, growing, and developing this very moment. Every second, old cells are being replaced by new cells. A healthy nervous system gives you the opportunity to have these new cells begin with a "clean slate", so that they can serve you in the most vibrant, healthiest fashion possible, THROUGHOUT YOUR LIFE TIME.

Since you are growing and developing through every second of every day, Network Care offers you and your family the opportunity to engage in OPTIMUM LIFE, and not just tolerance care for a limited period of time.

The initial phase of care, in which people get tuned in to their inner self , is about six months. During this period, the consistency of visits is most essential. As your chiropractor, the more significant a change I can initiate in your nervous system (particularly during the initial phase of care), the more graceful your future growth can be.

You are unique!

Each person, in her individuality, creates her own program of care. This is consistent with her ability to perceive, to adapt to, and to recover from all the physical, emotional, mental, and chemical challenges in her lifetime.

As you receive spinal entrainments/adjustments and continue to recover, your body will retrace the memory patterns of much of what you experienced. This means that your physical body may "dream" of old injuries, symptoms, or ailments, as it unlearns old, non-constructive spinal patterns. You may re-experience symptoms that have "gone away" a long time ago; although, this process will last only as long as your bodymind needs to "hold you there", while it grows past the old pattern(s).

Common recovery changes include changes in breathing patterns, elimination, digestion, or sensory perceptions, such as tingling, warmth, and itchiness. You may also notice, blood pressure and hormonal changes, or symptoms such as fever, associated with your body "cleaning house". The presence, or severity of these symptoms, or any other symptom, in and of itself, does not necessarily mean that you are better. Symptoms can have many meanings. The clearing out of old spinal patterns, and the accompanying increased ease, is an indication of the positive changes you are molding, while taking responsibility for your well being.

It is common, with release of spinal tensions, to have an emotional discharge. Emotions now released may uncontrollably gush forth, freeing you from their weight and control. Laughter or tears are not uncommon in people of all ages, as patterns clear out. These shifts in mood may occur minutes or hours after you have been adjusted.

Some folks have expressed that they have experienced changes in sleep and dream patterns.

The power of the Network entrainment/adjustment is within you, and as Michelangelo stated about the beauty of his statue, David, "He was there all the time; he just had to be freed !"

Welcome, to becoming a member of my practice. I am looking forward to initiating the process of growth, health, and development in you and your entire family, from this moment on.
