All living systems live in constant change, creating infinite
numbers of shifts and compensatory actions to previous changes. (Ironically,
many folks speak in terms of "getting balance" in their lives, which
appears to play against the grain of Universal flow. )
-
For example, are you able to walk, run, or ride a bicycle in
a perfectly straight line? I think not.
-
Each of these actions requires that your body sway from
one position of imbalance to another position of imbalance.
-
Actual balance lasts only for a moment.
-
Did you know that, in order to turn a bicycle, you
must first turn in the opposite direction?
-
Living organisms have systems, which bring other systems to
a "balance"; more accurately described as homeostasis.
Thus, a natural response to fluctuations in cellular acidosis is adding
chemically basic substances to the "pot", to return the tissue to a more
"neutral" environment.
-
When an organism finally attains a permanent state of
balance (and I did not say, "homeostasis"), it will have met its
physical demise.
-
The Universe, itself, is expanding at a remarkable rate,
while planets are being compressed by tremendous pressures created by
geomagnetic forces. It has been determined that in order for Life to exist,
the Universe must continue to expand.
Such is a dichotomy of Life!
