I thank
Ted Morter, D.C. for
his limitless sharing of his knowledge and teachings of Innate Intelligence
and the healing of the MindBody processes .Dr. Morter has a wonderful
affirmation.
After I graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic
in 1980, I studied under Dr. I.N. Toftness (see below) -- I found great
difficulty in accepting the anticipation of using the "Palmer Package", as I
first entered practice. Dr. Toftness brought me to new levels of awareness
and Universal gratitude. Unfortunately, at that time our area would not
accept the gentle esoteric principles that are essential for Healing, and I
was 'forced' to revert back to what Palmer taught and to what form of care
had been previously offered by local chiropractors.
In an attempt to salvage my psyche and practice,
I sought out other avenues and teachers that would provide me with the
knowledge and skills that reinforced the direction, which my heart desired
to follow. Dr. Morter was the first teacher in my first 10 years, following
Dr. Toftness, that offered to me an excitement and fervor to remain in my
practice and to provide the best wholesome care available.
Thank you, Dr. Ted!

It was my honor that I was able to study with Dr. I.N. Toftness in 1980, as part of my postgraduate studies. Dr.
Toftness was a loving and caring human being, teacher, and chiropractor. I was first
exposed to concepts of the subtle body energies, with this work.
Peace be with you.

To better appreciate how the mind-body
functions as one, and how, as sentient beings, we are more than the sum of our
parts, one must study outside the scope or perspective of the typical Western
mechanistic reductionistic allopathic model of physiology and disease.
Dr. Deepak
Chopra has offered me wisdom that has helped to dramatically change my own life,
personally and professionally.
Thank you, Dr. Chopra for providing me comforts
to ease me through my own paradigm transition.

| Studying Chi Kung has offered me an
opportunity to resolve minor internal energetic imbalances and to bring ease and relaxation
to my body-mind. Chi Kung has given me
continued feeling of being rejuvenated, while feeling at ease. |

| Approximately 15 years ago, when I was making my
practice transition from an
orthopedic and symptomatic orientation, which the "Palmer Package" offered
to my patients, to the sciences and philosophies of B.E.S.T. and Network, I
needed some deep support to assure me that I was doing the 'right' thing in
making other choices; which ultimately lead to losing approximately 90% of
my original practice -- a wonderful shift to say the least. I
needed assurance that I was not creating the biggest mistakes in my professional career.
Tony
Robbins taught me that I would never "fail" at a task, unless I believed
that I did so. I learned that fear of failure frequently prevented me from
initiating or attempting Life's tasks and goals.
I now recognize that when I reach an outcome that does not
match my desires, I have not failed; I have just chosen a pathway of
behaviors that has lead me down a different trail, which, out of necessity, has
produced a different result. I now resist my preconditioned fears and anxieties.
Thank you.
